ERG badge 03: Pathfinder

despite popular belief, most of equestria still remains uncharted and covered in wilderness with many paths and roads yet discovered and those who would use this knowledge against the innocents pose the greatest threat. so, the answer to this problem is needed in the form of guards willing to travel out into these wilds and act as a first line of defense against these threats. these guards are known as pathfinders.

pathfinders are trained in advanced survival skills, stealth, map reading and cartography with proficient training in long distance weaponry such as spears, bows and arrows, and javelin. pathfinders can also function as guides for those  who wish to travel through uncharted regions as well as scouts for squads heading into potentially hostile territory. these guards are also trained to adapt to a variety of environments with a skill in basic medicines and first aide. they are also equipped with light armor and leather armor for protection and full flexibility.

The badge of the pathfinders contains the four compass points with the north point colored red.

I know that the description for these badges aren't as elaborate as the ones for the hive, but I thought that it would be cool to leave some open room  just in case you guys come up with something interesting to include. also I am trying to make dinner on an electric stove and it is taking for ever. hope you guys like it.
